TEAM-BASED CARE
In order to meet your needs and provide you with high-quality, patient-centered care, our providers participate in a Team-Based Care model. A team is made up of two or three providers and their medical assistants who work together with you to offer the best care and support. This improves consistency, efficiency, quality, communication, and patient satisfaction. If you have questions about your provider's team, feel free to call us at 503-472-6161.
